Refunds & Returns (UK Returns)

If for any reason you are unhappy with any of the items delivered please contact a member of our team using the below details as soon as possible to discuss the issue.

If a return is agreed upon, our team will provide you with a Goods Return Note which must be completed and returned with the items. The actual return costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the shipping party. Upon receipt, an inspection (and test, if applicable) will be carried out by one of our engineers. If the items are found to be defective through a manufacturing fault then a credit or replacement will be issued accordingly within 10 working days using the payment method used when ordering. Any issue found to be the result of installation error or misuse will void any claim for credit or replacement.

Important Notes:

  • Any returns request must be made within 15 days from date of invoice
  • Any items returned without a GRN may delay the returns process
  • Any 'made-to-order' / bespoke items purchased will not be accepted for credit unless deemed faulty
  • In some instances, a re-stocking charge may be applicable
  • The buyer responsible for returning the item to us in its original condition and packaging. Alternatively, we can arrange for our couriers to collect from you and a small charge may be applied
  • We reserve the right to change our 'Refunds & Returns' policy at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements.
